Introduction
- Baby Jogger offers the warranty for the Italian/Swiss market through Eleven Srl, Viale della Navigazione Interna 87A, 35027 Noventa Padovana, PD, as the Official Distributor of the Baby Jogger brand.
- This warranty is valid only for products sold and distributed by the official distributor in Italy. As a result, the warranty does not cover products purchased outside of the national market and/or from international and national retailers who have not purchased the product from the official distributor.
Activation of the Warranty
To support and assess the activation of the warranty, the Distributor requires you to provide the following documents for its eventual activation:
- proof of purchase (receipt and/or invoice)
- product serial code printed on the stroller frame
BABY JOGGER guarantees the frame of its STROLLER products for life, against manufacturing defects, limited to the first purchaser and for the entire period of use by the first purchaser.
A lifetime warranty means that manufacturing defects are covered for the entire period of use by the first purchaser of the product and in accordance with the weight specifications specified in the product instruction booklet. The first purchaser must be in possession of the original proof of purchase to activate this warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Corrosion and rust
- Improper maintenance
- Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for – or compatible with – the product as sold.
- Damage or breakages due to accidents, misuse, abuse or neglect
- Labour charges for the replacement, repair or changeover of parts
- Transport and logistics costs for eventual repairs at the Distributor’s Service Centre
2-Year Warranty
Baby Jogger offers a 2 (TWO)-year warranty on the following products/parts:
- Stroller accessories
- Fabric parts of strollers
- Wheel parts (wheel assembly, wheel lock)
- Paint
- Brakes
- Wheel Lock
3-Year Warranty extension
By registering your purchase on the BabyJogger.it website, you can extend your warranty from 2 (TWO) to 3 (THREE) years for the following products/product parts:
- Fabric parts of strollers
- Wheel parts (wheel assembly, wheel lock)
- Paint
- Brakes and wheels
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of:
- Wheels/tyres
- Stroller fabric
- Brakes
- Improper assembly
- Corrosion and rust
- Improper maintenance
- Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for – or compatible with – the product as sold
- Damage or breakages due to accidents, misuse, abuse or neglect
- Labour charges for the replacement, repair or changeover of parts
- Transport and logistics costs for eventual repairs at the Distributor’s Service Centre
This warranty is void in its entirety if:
- changes are made to the frame or to other parts of the product.
- The manufacturer’s only obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any defective parts, at its sole discretion.
- This warranty is valid from the date of the first purchase.
- If no proof of purchase of the product (receipt/invoice) is provided
